Diamond Extreme Terms of Service | Platform Use Guide [PH]

Welcome to Diamond Extreme (also referred to as DXC, DiamondExtreme, or the “Information Hub”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including our App Guide, System Logs, and Access Portals. By accessing or using this Information Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Purpose of the Platform

This website functions as a Central Information Hub. Its primary purpose is to provide verified technical guidance, system status updates, and secure access routes to the Diamond Extreme entertainment platform.

  • Informational Use: The content provided here, including the Payment Tips and App Installation Guides, is for informational purposes to assist users in navigating the mobile ecosystem.
  • Not a Financial Service: This hub does not directly process financial transactions. All transaction cycles described are executed via external secure API gateways (e.g., GCash, Maya).

2. Access & Eligibility

Access to the Diamond Extreme platform is restricted to specific users.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to access the platform and its interactive features, in compliance with Philippine regulations regarding responsible electronic gaming.
  • Geographic Focus: This platform is optimized for users within the Philippines. Users accessing from other regions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this Information Hub, you agree to:

  1. Secure Your Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Diamond Extreme is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords or unsecured devices.
  2. Use Verified Software: You agree to only download the mobile app via the verified links provided in our App Guide. We are not responsible for security issues arising from the use of unauthorized or modified APK files (“mods”).
  3. Respect Infrastructure: You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Extreme Mode™ architecture, including attempting to bypass security protocols or flood the servers with requests.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Information Hub, including text, graphics, logos (DXC), the Extreme Mode™ trademark, and software code, is the property of Diamond Extreme Entertainment Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

5. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability, but we do not guarantee that the Information Hub will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or system upgrades. Major scheduled maintenance will be posted on the System Updates page.
  • Network Dependencies: Access speeds may vary based on your local ISP (Globe, Smart, DITO, PLDT). We are not responsible for delays caused by local network congestion.

This Information Hub may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., official GCash or Maya support pages) that are not owned or controlled by Diamond Extreme.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge that Diamond Extreme shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Extreme Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Information Hub.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or transmitted via the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

  • Notification: Material changes will be noted in our System Updates log.
  • Acceptance: By continuing to access or use our Information Hub after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
